John Jurcik
President
Since the inception of Venshore Mechanical Ltd. in 1987, John has been an integral part of the company’s success. After completing his apprenticeship as a steamfitter, John eventually became Mechanical Superintendent. With the retirement of his father and Venshore Mechanical founder, Mike Jurcik in 2002, John became president of the company. With over 20 years experience in heavy industrial construction John’s dedication to the company and his clients is unparalleled.

Jim Moshonsky, P. Eng.
Vice President, Chief Estimator
Jim joined Venshore Mechanical in 1989 shortly after its inception. A registered Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, Jim has been the Project Manager on a range of industrial projects including specialty projects such as natural gas transmission plants and aftercoolers, power generation, moveable bridge work, cryogenic and specialty gas production plants modules. Vice President of Venshore Mechanical since 2002, Jim is currently leading market development for modular fabrication and supply.

Paavo Kaustinen
Mechanical Estimating/Project Management
Paavo has been involved in heavy industrial maintenance and construction for more than 28 years. He worked as a draftsman for 5 years followed by 10 years as a Mechanical Maintenance Planner. Paavo eventually became Superintendent of Mechanical Maintenance for a large pulp and paper complex. Paavo was invited to join Venshore Mechanical in 1994 as the onsite Project Manager for many of the firm’s larger projects.

Richard Jedruch
Boilers and Pressure Vessels / Estimating
Richard joined Venshore Mechanical in 1994. He is a boilermaker by trade with experience in welding, fitting and rigging. As a field supervisor, Richard has worked on major projects such as erecting new boilers, tanks, and pressure vessels for Ontario Hydro, pulp and paper and the mining industries. With more than 35 years of construction experience, Richard is highly skilled in estimating, scheduling, and fieldwork for all types of projects.

Mike Fodchuk, P.Eng
Mechanical Estimating / Project Management
Mike has been a licensed Professional Engineer since 1989, working in a variety of industries including power generation, pulp and paper and mechanical contracting. Since joining Venshore Mechanical 12 years ago, he has filled a variety of duties including project scheduling, quality control/assurance, estimating, problem solving and project management.

Wayne Fossum
Piping and Mechanical Estimating
Wayne has worked with Venshore Mechanical for 15 years. He began as a Piping Foreman and General Foreman and eventually became a Mechanical Superintendent with responsibilities including piping and mechanical estimating. Wayne is responsible for overseeing mill maintenance shut downs and works as a supervisor on numerous projects.

Tim Stevens
Controller
After completing an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1995, Tim worked in an accounting firm for over 3 years doing financial statements for several small companies. Tim joined Venshore Mechanical in 1999 as an assistant to the Controller. In 2005 he became Controller. Tim works with estimating and project management to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
